Bigg Boss Season 2 housemates celebrated the festival of lights-Diwali with extreme joy and fervor. Even though, the housemates failed to light up the Diyaas themselves, they more than made up for it. All the housemates prayed together in the evening and sang many aartis in the praise of God. The most commendable part was that members of different religions also joined in the festivity.
The garden area was beautifully lighted up and the housemates got crackers to burst. The fireworks in the air created a spectacular sight. All the housemates showed a lot of zeal and enthusiasm after a very long time. Diana Hayden and Monika Bedi looked very pretty in traditional sarees. Monika even danced with immense ease and grace in those nine yards of Indian ethnic wear.
Bigg Boss has been extremely generous this week. None of the housemates would get nominated this week. Also, all the housemates were allowed to receive gifts from their families. This brought back smiles on the faces of these members who have now stayed away from their families for more than two months.
Housemates were even freed from the trouble of cooking on the Diwali night. Bigg Boss arranged a lavish dinner for the housemates. Biryaani and dessert made the members very happy. They thanked Bigg Boss for his generosity and enjoyed the meal together.
