This week the housemates in Bigg Boss 2 got many reasons to celebrate. A task successfully completed, Ashutosh’s Birthday and most importantly Eid brought respite from all the plotting and mud slinging.

For the first time, the housemates managed to finish a task successfully. The task which bailed them out of a series of failures was of blowing 3000 balloons in a span of 6 days. The members thoroughly enjoyed the task and worked together without any hassles.

Bigg Boss rewarded the housemates with a budget of Rs 1800 which only got further increased by Rs. 500 after a small game of wheel. Hopefully, the housemates will stop bickering about the food and then the lack of it.

The second reason which called for a celebration was Ashutosh’s Birthday. Bigg Boss gave him a nice present and a chocolate cake. The housemates celebrated his birthday together. Ashutosh had never cut a cake in his life, so its one of the many firsts that have happened in this house.

You can love her, hate her but you just can’t ignore her. That’s Sambhavna Seth in a few words. Sambhavna Seth has been evicted out of the house of Bigg Boss this week.

Sambhavna had the most controversial and melodramatic stay in the house. However, this was the first time she was nominated. The audience took no time in showing their dislike for this member and now she is no longer a part of that Bigg house.

The ‘Helen’ of Bhojpuri Cinema as Shilpa Shetty addressed her on the first day had a long, arduous, turbulent and eventful journey. She stayed in the house for 47 days. During this long stint in the house, she danced, fought, cried and did everything to make the show addictive for the audience.

This post is dedicated to the lady who has enjoyed maximum space in this blog. She remained in the headlines for obvious reasons. Sambhavna Seth is an item girl in Bhojpuri movies. She made a brief appearance in some bollywood flicks like ’36 China Town’.

The sole reason for which she became a part of Bigg Boss was to earn popularity amongst masses and to become a household name. She tried to make her stay interesting on similar lines to what Rakhi Sawant did in season 1. Now, what has she gained and lost in this process is debatable.

Initially she was lively and would not miss a single occasion to shake her leg. She was the one who would wake up all the housemates with her dance moves and pranks every morning. Then came the phase when she had heated arguments with almost everyone in the house. Alina Wadiwalla even remarked at the time of eviction that she will have to pay a price for back stabbing her. This surpasses all the unexpected turn of events that have happened in this house. The two housemates who were always up against each other have joined hands. The members are none other than our drama queen Sambhavna Seth and Raja Chaudhary. Just when the viewers feel they finally can predict things, they are stumped by such sudden changes.

Sambhavna is naturally feeling threatened after the nomination. She can be seen having so many mood swings. One moment she does a boy act with cropped hair and the next moment she is back in her fiery mood. Joining hands with Raja was the last thing audience could expect. After all she was the one behind Raja’s nomination on one occasion. This lady can go to any extent to stay in the house even if that means befriending people she hates the most.

Sambhavna cooked up a story that Raja and she had an affair for seven long months two years back. They became so close during those months that they even started living together. She asked Raja not to contradict any of her statements and surprisingly he is doing exactly that. All the housemates are taken aback by this make believe story. Rahul Mahajan even quizzed Sambhavna on all the details of their relationship. Payal Rohatgi and Rahul later broke into peals of laughter when Rahul told her all that.

All is not well in the house of Bigg Boss. Raja Chaudhary’s entry has created a lot of tension in the house. All the housemates look at each other with suspicion and distrust.

Nominations this week have only ignited the members as they clearly know who nominated them, courtesy Raja. Sambhavna Seth, the drama queen of the house has lived up to her reputation. Many shades of Sambhavna have been witnessed by the housemates after she was nominated.

Sambhavna and Payal Rohatgi have not shared a relationship which is close to ‘cordial’ in the past also. They had a fight a few weeks back and now another one is expected anytime soon. Sambhavna knows that Payal has voted against her. This has soured their relation further.

The house looks divided into two groups. While Sambhavna has a very small group, Payal enjoys support from a relatively bigger group. The members are taking advantage of the situation and provoking them. Ashutosh Kaushik went and told Sambhavna that he had overheard Payal calling her ‘downmarket’.

Sambhavna keeps bitching about Payal and calls her fake. Ugly and well kept secrets ranging from make-up and dressing sense are being brought out in open. Sambhavna is very critical about the way Payal conducts herself. The other housemates listen and enjoy the moment.

Finally Raja Chaudhary is out of his secret room after hearing all the nasty things that were said for him after eviction. Raja entered the house in a melodramatic manner. The housemates got very little time to react to his entry again in the house.

Sambhavna Seth was very disturbed to see the come back of Raja. Sambhavna was the only housemate who had openly expressed her joy over Raja’s eviction. Now, Raja would have the last laugh. He looks all braced up to make her life miserable. Sambhavna must be cursing herself for all that she said against Raja.

Raja has again brought with him a lot of negativity. All the housemates were very curious to know about the response the show was generating. They even wanted to know about their individual images amongst the audience. Raja is surely basking in all the undivided attention that he is getting. The housemates still don’t that he never stepped out of the house.

The nominated housemates are still trying to come to terms with the nominations and devising strategies to get the votes. Raja is leaving no opportunity in adding fuel to the fire. He has been busy trying to create friction by telling each housemate what other members feel about him/her. He even went to the extent of telling Debojit Saha the couplet of Dushyant Kumar recited by Ahsaan Qureshi as a reason for nomination.

Tasks are an integral part of life in the house of Bigg Boss. These tasks keep the housemates busy and make this reality show worth watching. For how long can the housemates sit idle or fight with each other? To beat the boredom and to further spice up the show, these tasks are given on weekly and daily basis.

The tasks assigned to the members of the house this week are quite different from the previous ones. This week the housemates have been asked to blow at least 500 balloons every single day using the helium gas. The cylinder is nicely placed in the garden area.

The task comes with a condition that not more than 2 members can blow the balloons at the same time. The other housemates help in tying thread to the balloons. Also the housemates have been asked to send messages through these balloons. A sheet with a message is also attached to the balloon.
