Bigg Boss 2 : Bigg Boss Housemates celebrate Durga Puja
Bigg boss season 2 has come a long way. Living a life under constant surveillance can sometimes get on your nerves. This is when a little celebration helps to rejuvenate the mind which otherwise is being constantly used for scheming.
Bigg Boss housemates this week got a chance to celebrate the last day of Durga Puja which is marked by Vijaya Dashmi. All the housemates were provided with traditional clothes and they played ‘Dandia’. It was quite an exhilarating sight with all the housemates nicely dressed up. They all showed a lot of enthusiasm and celebrated it with fervor.
All the housemates had anticipated that they would be given some task related to Ravana and Rama. They had even started thinking about the housemates who could play those roles. ‘Dandia’ came as a pleasant surprise and the members enjoyed it. Payal Rohatgi clearly stood out in the ‘dandia’ as she hails from the city of Ahmedabad.
Rahul took it as an opportunity to come closer to Monika Bedi by insisting on helping her dress up. She gracefully declined the offer. All the girls looked very pretty in those ethnic clothes.
It was a double celebration for all the housemates. They had successfully managed to perform in the grand finale of ‘Modern Family Drama’. It was titled ‘b’ and Rahul Mahajan was the main protagonist. He had an annoying habit of doubting everything in the play. Payal enacted her role of pampered daughter very well. Ashutosh as a comic sidekick was hilarious. Ahsaan Qureshi in the role of Peter was funny to watch. Raja Chaudhary played the role of hero very well. Monika Bedi was given the role of walking the audience through the family drama.
As a reward for successful completion of the task, Bigg Boss gave a generous budget of Rs 1800 to the housemates and a long list of items to choose from. The housemates indeed put in a lot of hardwork to put up the whole show with all the props that they got. Zulfi Syed has come across as a multi faceted person. Bigg Boss has indeed given an excellent platform to help these members recognize their latent talents.
