To know the secrets of any house, visit the kitchen. Kitchen is the place where the best kept secrets get revealed and many deep, dark truths see the light of the day or is it the camera!

The house of Bigg Boss has a modular kitchen where all the housemates not just cook food but also indulge in spiteful talks and gossip as well. Kitchen area is the place where the real action takes place. With all the masala (spice) used in the food comes the masala which keeps the viewers glued to this show.

All these celebrities who never step into the kitchen in real life can be seen displaying or talking about their cooking skills. It is amusing to watch these big-shots stir the ladle and gossiping and bitching about each other. This is what makes this reality show so addictive.

Sambhavna Seth can be often heard ranting and criticizing about the other housemates. This is the place where many fights are picked and sorted. Alina Wadiwalla seems to be another constant fixture there serving and helping people around, poor soul !

Ketki Dave displayed natural affinity for this place during her stay. She was often seen cooking delicious delicacies for the members which surprisingly nobody relished! Ketki was given the title of ‘Kitchen queen’ which eventually became a second name for her. She was later disregarded for being too domineering and dominating in the kitchen.

Kitchen has become an ideal place for the housemates to vent out their bottled up emotions and to gain some additional attention and sympathy. While the lazy housemates try and escape any cooking, some try to grab footage by sticking around and boasting about the skills. Many of the housemates have never really been put to kitchen work in their real lives and a very few actually do the work.

This small section of the house witnesses the maximum hustle-bustle, conspiracies and hot-gossips. The significance of this area just can’t be undermined. After all, time and again Kitchen has became the sole reason for the nominations.
