Bigg Boss 2 : Tough Life In House of Bigg Boss

20 Sep, 2008  |  Written by rtcadm  |  under Bigg Boss 2

84 days, 32 cameras, hostile housemates, nominations and then finally evictions can turn any normal person insane. But money makes the world go round. With whopping 75 lakhs rupees as the prize money this is just a small price. Every waking moment of the housemates is on record.

The journey so far has been topsy-turvy and it only gets tougher from now on. The fights have become fiercer, louder and everyone is constantly trying to garner sympathy. Fights are picked over the most frivolous issues to gain maximum attention and visibility on the camera.

The attitude of nominated housemates undergoes drastic change. Too many tears are shed a day before and after the nominations. The housemates are devising ways to save themselves. Payal Rohatgi got a massage from Rahul Mahajan and this might have saved her from eviction.

Sambhavna Seth seems to be inspired by Rakhi Sawant. She was one of the most popular and controversial housemates in season 1 of Bigg Boss. Sambhavna just can’t get along with anyone in the house and now prefers to stay alone.

Ahsaan Qureshi has taken over the role of agony aunt and he is using this to his advantage. Not even one housemates voted against him. This shows how well he is playing his game.

Many members are showing signs of distress and lazy Zulfi Syed is one of them. He is the most passive member of the house and looks disinterested in any task or discussion. Alina Wadiwalla has also now withdrawn into her shell and does not interact with many members. She feels cheated after the nominations.

All the bonding that happened in the first few days has fallen apart. There is a constant feeling of insecurity. This drives the housemates to resort to strange activities. The best part of this reality show is that it unmasks the best as well as the worst in all these celebrities.

Life without even a clock looks to have come to a standstill for all these members locked in that house. For once clock is not ticking, its the mood swings , mercurial temper and money prize of Rs. 75 lakh at stake which makes the Bigg boss a social pressure cooker!!
