Roadies 6 - Gurmeet Kaur, Roadie with a gift of gab

Gurmeet Kaur who likes calling herself Palak is the new entrant in Roadies 6.0. She is one of two Roadies selected from the big city of Bengaluru which in itself a big achievement. Now whether she deserves to be a Roadie is a question only Raghu and Rajiv can answer as the benchmark for being a Roadie seems to have changed.

Raghu and Rajiv have constantly faced accusation that they completely supersede all the interaction which happens in the interview room to prove the poor guy being interviewed wrong.. For the first time the brothers who are infamous for not letting the aspirants speak their mind were made quiet by this girl. Gurmeet started talking the moment she went inside the room and her blabbering did not stop till she was asked to leave. For a change, the tormentors were at the receiving end and it was fun to watch them bear that non-stop chatter.

Gurmeet is basically from Chandigarh and she blamed her Punjabi lineage for her loud tone. She kept proving throughout the interview that she is not an innocent and naïve girl who would be lost in that big bad adventure trip. She had all sorts of stories to tell about her weird stories of Orkut friendships which made the judges worry about her as they thought that she easily believes other people.

But in the end her spark or was it the dimples and baby looks worked and the rest as they say is history. She is now a proud Roadie. Watch out for this Chandigarh gal and how she survives in the game.
